Enrollment Applications for 2027-28
School applications open October 13, 2026 for the 2027-2028 school year. Be sure to apply by the February 12th, 2027 deadline!
ARISE High School is proud to partner with Oakland Enrolls to help you choose the best Oakland public school - district or charter - for your child. ARISE High School is a public school, free and open to all students. English language learners and students with disabilities are encouraged to apply. The application deadline for ARISE High School for the 2027-2028 school year is February 12th, 2027.
Applications received by this deadline will be included in our public lottery, held in March 2027. You will see your charter school lottery results (OFFER or WAITLIST) in your online student dashboard and at that time you can ACCEPT or DECLINE an offer.
The deadline to ACCEPT/DECLINE a charter school offer is March 2027. If you do not accept by then, your charter school lottery offer(s) will expire. Once you accept an offer, offers from other schools will be automatically declined. You can remain on waitlists but may only accept an offer at one school.
If you miss the February 12th, 2027 application deadline, you will still be able to submit an online application for the 2027-28 school year. Applications submitted after the February 12th, 2027 deadline will be considered a Late Application - you will be placed on a waiting list at each of your selected schools, and/or offered enrollment if space becomes available.
If you already attend ARISE High School, you do not need to apply to attend again next year.

Go to OaklandEnrolls.org
Click on “Charter Application”
Log in or create an account.
Fill out your Family Profile with family information.
Go to “Search” to enter in and select “ARISE High School.”
Open Enrollment 2027-28
